Several years ago, I already reviewed Lys Mediterranee and compared it to Pierre Guillaume’s Appelez-Moi Seychelles. Guillaume’s work is more understandable and appealing, as he did not use controversial techniques, as Frédéric Malle did, who added the contrast of bitter greenness and marine algae. In cold weather, Lys Mediterranee seems too gloomy and stingy. To reveal its floral fragrance, it needs sun and warm spring light. Who should try Lys Mediterranee? Those who love fresh floral scents without sweetness. This can be a real discovery for lily fans. A wonderful spring option that might even sound more interesting on men than on women!!
