In 2024, the Italian perfume house Giardino Benessere, whose name translates to "Garden of Well-being," launched the fragrance Lucille.
It became part of the Classic Collection and immediately caught the attention of lovers of complex, multifaceted unisex compositions.
The creators of Lucille are the married couple and founders of the brand — Paolo Terenzi and Tiziana Terenzi.
It is their olfactory message, inspired by the warmth and luxury of the East, encapsulated in an extract concentration.
Lucille belongs to woody oriental fragrances, where spicy, balsamic, and gourmand notes intertwine with soft musky and white floral accents.
Despite its rich pyramid, the fragrance feels intimate: its sillage is subtle, making it ideal for close encounters.
The creators recommend applying Lucille "in a cloud" — spray it in front of you and walk into it, and for clothing, 1–2 spritzes are enough. This way, it opens up delicately but with longevity.
If you resonate with Lucille's aesthetic, check out rich compositions with oud and resins — for example, Tiziana Terenzi Bella Oudh.
Lovers of deep woody accords will appreciate The Spirit of Dubai Turath and The Spirit of Dubai Oud — they sound just as rich and mysterious as Lucille.
The fragrance is very long-lasting, staying on the skin for 12 hours or more, gradually revealing its notes
A subtle trail—just a hint of fragrance
The perfume has a rich aroma that will help you stand out from the crowd and create a memorable image
The most concentrated form of perfume with a deep, multifaceted composition, exceptional durability, and an expressive trail
Perfumes for the fall and winter seasons often contain notes of vanilla, spices, ambergris, wood, and other warm accords, creating a feeling of comfort and warmth during the cold months
Top notes of Lucille are spicy Cardamom, clove and fresh lemon — they create an invigorating yet warm opening. In the heart, resinous cedar, frankincense, jasmine sambac, tobacco and nagarmotha (cypriol) unfold.
The base consists of grey amber, patchouli, vanilla, vetiver and musk — they envelop in a sensual, slightly sweet haze.
