History and Inspiration

Welcome to Giardino Benessere — the Italian "Garden of Wellbeing", created by the married couple Paolo and Tiziana Terenzi in 2015.

Their new gem, Elenis, released in 2025, is part of the Giardino Dell'Eden collection. This unisex extract promises to be an ode to sweet indulgence and coziness.

Olfactory Portrait

Elenis is a gourmand fragrance that opens with a delicate cloud of coumarin, heliotrope, Madagascar vanilla, and milk.

At the heart, brown sugar, honey, Bourbon vanilla, and whipped cream unfold, while the base of coffee, frangipani, tonka beans, and buttermilk adds a velvety depth.

The fragrance was created by Paolo Terenzi and his wife Tiziana, who infused it with their passion for natural ingredients.

How to Wear

Thanks to the extract concentration, Elenis has a light sillage, making it ideal for intimate meetings or quiet days.

We recommend applying 1–2 sprays to the skin or 2–3 to clothing — this is enough for the fragrance to envelop you in an ethereal veil.

It is equally wonderful in cold weather when you crave warmth, and on a cool summer evening.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.
