Description of the composition

The pyramid of notes for Armani Code Golden Edition begins with fresh and citrus chords: bergamot and lemon create an energetic and refreshing start, which gradually transitions to the heart of the composition.

In the middle note, guaiac wood, olive flower, and star anise unfold, adding spicy, woody, and slightly floral depth, making the fragrance intriguing and multifaceted.

The base is built on a leather accord, tobacco, and tonka beans, which impart longevity, a warm and enveloping finish, perfectly concluding this olfactory journey.

This combination of notes makes the fragrance dynamic and emotionally rich, unfolding gradually on the skin and leaving behind a subtle, memorable trail.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

This flanker, it seems, has become a real headache for me. How many times have I approached it! In the beginning, it delights with its velvety, masculine sweet scent, but as soon as it opens up, everything changes. Instead of a tobacco scent, some smoky, cigarette-like note appears. Every time I applied it to my skin, all I could do was suffer from this strange effect afterwards

A fragrance that evokes a feeling of deep sadness, despite its oriental direction. It seems to embrace masculinity, but sweet notes still break through to the surface. It features a combination of spices, woody accents, and sweet citruses, creating something strange and alluring

At first, the fragrance is pleasing, you feel density and sweetness with spicy notes, the tobacco sillage is also not bad. But after a couple of hours, something unpleasant starts to appear, like cheap musk. That's disappointing ))))

The golden bottle really evokes a sense of something special and refined. The fragrance is simply magnificent! The Armani Code series pleasantly surprises with the variety of its scents, both for women and men. It's a real find for perfume connoisseurs! ))))

My boss wears this. In the morning the smell is okay, but after lunch, when he starts to sweat, it becomes simply unbearable 🤢 And here I am, sitting and wondering how to tactfully tell him about it
