Perfume information

Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Eau de Vanilliers is built as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves with precision and warmth. The signature of L`Occitane en Provence is recognizable in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de toilette emphasizes a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

The accord architecture is driven by these accords: Floral, Musc, Spicy and Mineral with each one in a clear role. The profile is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

When the structure is mixed the notes arrive together with a voluminous floral mood: Amber, Freesia, Jasmine, Orchid, Vanilla, musk and ylang-ylang.

The middle and base stages are read as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Balsamic, Floral, Whiteflower and Gourmet. It also reaches into Musk. From a family perspective the scent maps to East.

Overall Eau de Vanilliers reads as a cohesive composition — the start forms character, the central phase adds depth, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the fragrances best experienced through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.
Sillage
Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The fragrance is really rich and sweet, with notes of powdery flowers. But for me, it turned out to be too heavy and even a bit suffocating. I can't say I liked it

The flowers are sweet and powdery. The fragrance is really bright and intense, not for those who prefer light floral notes. But its longevity is impressive)) For some, this could be a real plus
