Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Jamal's Desert evolves as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The style of Memo is recognizable from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum sets the right density and pace of development.

When the structure is mixed the notes arrive together with a smoky-spicy mood: Leather accord, Red Fruits and Rose. In this case 3 notes sound as one coherent layer, forming the effect of expensive suede that feels seamless.

The middle and base stages are read as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The internal accord map is built around these accords: Floral, Fruit and Leather without random overlap. The gender direction is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Leather, Fruit and Floral. At family level the composition sits in Leather.

Memo's leather always delights me with its fragrances, and I have no doubt about this new release. The bottle has an interesting design, but for Memo, that's already standard
