Perfumer Alienor Massenet poured every ounce of mastery into this one. The fragrance belongs to the spicy, green, and leather groups. Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Oriental Leather unfolds as an expressive line of development, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The style of Memo is clear in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum supports the right density and pace of development.

The accord profile rests on these accords: Aromatic, Gourmet, Floral and Wood with each one in a clear role. Background accords such as Leather and Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background. The profile is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read. In longevity terms Very high indicates a stable lasting impression.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the notes arrive together with a warm spicy mood: Anise, Benzoin, Cinnamon, Coriander, Geranium, Hot pepper and Lavender.

The middle and base stages are felt as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Gourmet, Green, Leather and Spicy. It also reaches into Wood, Balsamic and Floral.

At first, I hesitated for a long time whether to even try the Cuirs Nomades line. Leather fragrances always made me wary, but as it turned out, leather isn't that important here, and besides, it comes in different forms. This fragrance reminds me of a cold oriental scent - it's interesting, tart, and even a bit sharp. Geranium, in my opinion, sounds too rough. In the base, there's a light leather and sweetish amber. Although this perfume isn't for me, I can still appreciate its quality

It's somehow strange that such an unusual fragrance has gone unnoticed. There are practically no reviews, and very few comments. But it's truly beautiful! I bought it without even testing it beforehand (couldn't find a sample, and no time to go sniff it) Cold East. For me, that's a big rarity
