Inspiring Lavender from a Legendary House

Imagine a fragrance that from the first breath transports you to the lavender fields of Provence, but in a refined interpretation by one of the oldest perfume houses.

Molinard Lavande is a unisex eau de parfum, released in 2018, that embodies freshness and depth.

The fragrance belongs to the Aromatic and Oriental families, creating an amazing balance between natural clarity and sensual warmth.

Part of the Les Elements Collection, it reflects the brand's pursuit of harmony of elements in perfumery, making it an ideal choice for those who appreciate elegance and versatility.

Molinard's DNA in a Modern Interpretation

Molinard is a perfume house with a rich history, founded in 1849 in Grasse, the heart of French perfumery.

Molinard Lavande continues this tradition, offering a modern take on classic notes while preserving the brand's signature sophistication.

As a unisex fragrance, it is suitable for everyone seeking a fresh yet rich perfume for everyday wear.

The concentration of Eau de Parfum ensures optimal longevity and subtle development on the skin, and its trail is classified as medium, making it perfect for the office or meetings with friends, without overwhelming others.

The fragrance gently envelops, leaving behind a trail of tenderness and coziness.

How and When to Wear Molinard Lavande

This perfume is versatile and suitable for any season, especially spring and summer, when its fresh notes harmonize with the natural atmosphere.

For optimal effect, apply it to the pulse points of the skin—wrists or neck, where body heat helps reveal all facets of the composition.

Since information on exact dosage on skin or clothing is not available, it is recommended to start with 1-2 sprays to assess its interaction with your personal chemistry.

Molinard Lavande is also available in other concentrations, such as Molinard Lavande and Molinard Lavande de Molinard, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your preferences.

The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

This fragrance pleases with its softness and longevity, but, honestly, I can't help but notice that it reminds me of Ford's lavender. In terms of price-quality ratio, it's probably the best I've tried. In the top notes, there's a slight camphoraceous feel, and most likely, it's the sage that causes this. The base, resinous-vanilla, is quite pleasant, but the longevity is only 4-5 hours, which, all in all, is more than Ford's. The sillage isn't too bright either. Unisex, of course. The lavender in Pour Un Homme de Caron seems sweeter to me than this Molinard one. The fragrance is really comfortable, I even apply it before bed, and I sleep great!!! But this bitterness from expecting it to be something more still lingers

This scent sounds like something unexpected, something like Ford's new Extreme Lavender, but it costs much less. The lavender here has an amber note, and sage, vanilla, and resins create an interesting frame. Vanilla and tonka beans add warmth to the cold lavender, which is surprising. Overall, the fragrance is solid, long-lasting, and inexpensive, but whether I like it or not - I can't say yet 🤔

The scent is genuinely intriguing. It reminds me of Ford's lavender, but on the skin, Molinard unfolds with an unexpected sweetness. Why overpay if the difference isn't obvious

This fragrance, you know, just blew me away. The bottle is spot on, exactly the color I adore. And the lavender - it's truly amazing here, very pleasant. The vanilla that comes through, for me, is definitely a plus. The softness of the scent is simply captivating, I can't get enough of it

Lavender here is really not bad. Vanilla adds sweetness, and I'm not sure if that's good or bad for lavender. But on a girl, this scent will sound very feminine 🌸

Lavender, as written on the bottle, is the main star here. The fragrance opens with a whole field of these small bluish-purple flowers. Clary sage and patchouli seem to try to frame its dry, sweetish herbal scent. In the composition, amber and vanilla create balance, but it all looks as if through frosted glass, unclear and blurry. I don't know who came up with this, but I don't like it

A fragrance that perfectly suits a Ravenclaw faculty member))) This is truly an excellent men's fougère, quite delicate. I imagine it on a young man, just over 30. Intelligent, in a dark blue suit, with bright dark eyes that are simply mesmerizing. He's so gentle by nature, you could twist him around your little finger. Tonka beans perfectly emphasize his softness, and lavender adds a touch of intellect. Ravenclaw, of course, gets my respect!

This lavender is definitely not for me, although it looks beautiful, it's too herbaceous and dry, even reminiscent of medicine. I want something with vanilla sweetness, like Lira, but lighter and airier 😔

It starts with some wild, sharp lavender, and then in the heart, sweetness, sage, and resins emerge. The combination is interesting, of course, but this cold lavender with warm oriental notes - it's something strange. I don't get who needs this at all, unisex, right? 😒

The fragrance starts with dusty lavender, which reminds me a bit of cologne. But after just five minutes, everything changes, and vanilla comes to the forefront, completely changing the overall impression. Sweetness fills the space, and with it comes a light warm spiciness. The vanilla here is very soft, not intrusive, rather milky. For me, it turned out to be too sweet, I expected something else. This fragrance is clearly more for women than for men. The lavender quickly disappears, and only a sweet cloud remains on the skin 🌸
