Description of the composition

The composition of Suède et Safran unfolds as a living composition, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The style of Nishane is recognizable from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Perfume extract supports a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

The accord architecture is driven by these accords: Citrus, Musc, Amber and Leather with each one in a clear role. Secondary accord layers such as Spicy enrich the profile without taking over. The gender direction is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

As soon as the fragrance opens you detect crisp leafy first notes: Ambrette and Saffron.

When the opening settles you notice Ginger and Suede keeping a cinnamon-nutmeg direction. At the foundation the structure settles through Leather accord and musk, reinforcing a deep leather trail.

From the group perspective the profile is anchored in Green, Spicy, Leather and Musk. At family level the fragrance belongs to Leather.

Taken together Suède et Safran holds a coherent structure — the start forms character, the heart develops the core line, and the base secures the trail. This is the type of composition best judged on skin.

To my perception, it's not suede, but leather specifically. The scent reminds me of something between Tuscan Leather and Ombre Leather. It's well-made, but the price, in my opinion, is too high ))
