The fragrance is really strange, definitely not for everyone. It has a sour, yet juicy character, with a light refreshing effect. It seems to explode with bright accents. Green notes also peek through, creating an interesting contrast. In my opinion, it's very urban, as if created for bustling streets

The shi_so fragrance from the American brand Nomenclature is something special. Behind it is Karl Bradl, who previously worked at Aedes de Venustas. This perfume is inspired by the Japanese shiso plant, which is already intriguing. In Japanese cuisine, shiso is often used in dishes with fish and rice, and its leaves resemble nettles, but with a soft, almost milky minty smell. <br><br> The fragrance is indeed unusual, and Bertrand Duchaufour, the creator of this masterpiece, clearly knows his craft. I still can't decide if I like it or not, but there's something captivating about it. Glycolieral, which formed the base of the fragrance, gives it a bitter-minty hue, and a lactonic nuance adds milky greenness with a light fruity accent. <br><br> Green-watery rhubarb and sugared lemon slices are also present, although there's no sugar as such. But this fruity-citrus sweetness at the start is truly delightful. At the heart of the composition are orange blossom cologne and a musky accord, which makes the fragrance long-lasting. Wearing it in the heat is a special pleasure. It seems to curl around you, sparkle, and lift your mood. Shi_so smells unusual, yet balanced. In my opinion, it's one of Nomenclature's best fragrances 🌿

The scent is indeed strange and attention-grabbing. It smells quite pleasant, but I can't figure out if it suits me. It seems more for warmer seasons, spring or summer. It's so fresh, with notes of greenery and a slight coolness. If you want to try something new, definitely give it a test! ))))

I couldn't pick up its notes on myself, as if it didn't unfold properly, or maybe my skin didn't take to it. But on my sister, who inherited her mother's cool skin type, it smells absolutely amazing. In the sillage, I detect mint with anise and a light green hint of verbena )
