Fragrance information:

The year 1992 gave us Eau D'Orlane. This is a feminine fragrance rooted in the citrus family. The fragrance was crafted by perfumers Jean-Pierre Mary and Martine Pallix. The fragrance concentration is eau de toilette.

The sillage is very delicate — an intimate cloud that stays close to the skin. The longevity is very low — a light cloud that fades quickly. Country of origin — France, and that already says something about the quality. Eau D'Orlane — the choice of those who appreciate depth and character in every detail.

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Eau D'Orlane is shaped as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Orlane is evident in the way notes appear and fade. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de toilette emphasizes the depth and body this composition needs.

The profile is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived. For persistence Very low points to a sustained drydown presence. In projection Very weak defines the projection profile in space.

In the first seconds you sense radiant lemon-bergamot first notes: Aldehydes, Bergamot, Green Chord and Lemon.

At the core of development you detect Iris, Jasmine, Lily of the Valley and Rose holding a velvety rose-iris direction.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Fairy, Citrus, Green and Floral. The palette also extends to Whiteflower, Ambery, Wood and Earthy / Mossy. From a family perspective the fragrance belongs to Citrus.

In summary Eau D'Orlane reads as a cohesive composition — the opening sets direction, the middle layer carries the identity, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the scent structures best experienced on skin.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Extremely low (up to 1 hour)
1
Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.
Sillage
Extremely inconspicuous
1
Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

A fragrance that can be worn anytime, anywhere, seems to have become a kind of comfort for me. It blends flowers and powder, and tonka beans add a certain depth, but this combination creates an inner conflict for me. Citrus notes are also present, but they don't save the situation. Everything seems harmonious, yet at the same time, I can't say it's exactly what I need. I feel something slipping away, and it leaves a bitter aftertaste
