Description of the composition

The scent of Ultraviolet Fluoressence is built as a living composition, where accents shift without rush and without gaps. The style of Paco Rabanne is clear in details that define the fragrance identity. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de toilette keeps the right density and pace of development.

As soon as the fragrance opens you sense piquant warm opening note: Pink pepper. Exactly this 1 note builds warm spicy pulse that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

When the opening settles you meet Lily and Osmanthus holding a silky white floral direction.

The accord architecture rests on these accords: Floral, Wood and Spicy with each one in a clear role. The gender direction is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived. For persistence High points to a sustained drydown presence.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Spicy, Whiteflower, Floral and Wood. The palette also extends to Gourmet. At family level the scent maps to East and Floral.

Overall Ultraviolet Fluoressence holds a coherent structure — the opening sets direction, the heart develops the core line, and the base secures the trail. These are the fragrances best experienced in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The scent is sweet, but with a bitterness that resembles powder. The vanilla here is spicy, but not in a pleasant way. The longevity is just off the charts, the sillage leaves an impression of loudness, as if it's screaming about itself 😔

The scent is mainly floral, with a warm undertone, and a hint of pepper adds a little sharpness. My first impression was that it was ginger, but perhaps I was mistaken. This perfume will most likely appeal to those who adore floral notes so much that they want to wear them not only in the heat but also in colder seasons. In autumn and winter, it will sound especially interesting, and in spring, its notes will perfectly fit into the atmosphere of awakening nature
