Perfume information

Description of the composition

The scent of Rose Rouge is built as an expressive line of development, where accents shift with precision and warmth. The signature of Shiseido is recognizable in details that define the fragrance identity. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Perfume extract emphasizes the depth and body this composition needs.

From the first breath you catch petal-airy first notes: Peony, Raspberry, Rose and blackberry. These 4 notes set romantic softness that is impossible to miss.

In the heart you meet Heliotrope, Iris and Rose holding a velvety rose-iris direction.

The internal accord map is driven by these accords: Floral, Fruit, Musc and Wood forming a compact and readable structure. Secondary accord layers such as Powdery expand the olfactory volume in the background.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Floral, Fruit, Wood and Musk. The palette also extends to Whiteflower. At family level the scent maps to Floral.

Taken together Rose Rouge reads as a cohesive composition — the start forms character, the heart develops the core line, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. This is the type of composition best experienced through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.
Sillage
Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

This fragrance is simply captivating! The berries sound so playful, it's impossible to resist. The floral notes aren't far behind either, there are plenty of them here. The sweetness and richness make it truly unique, and the bottle perfectly completes the overall impression 🌸
