I haven't parted with this fragrance since 2012. My first luxury purchase that left a mark on my soul. It's subtle, almost unnoticeable, yet wonderful. This is exactly what I feel when I think of my perfumery "self". Its sillage is light, bittersweet, exquisite. This scent drove one important person for me crazy. I wear it both day and night, it goes with everything. It's good with a little black dress, but also with everyday clothes. When I don't know what to choose, I always put it on. Over the years, it's become a bit 'worn out', but it still remains a faithful companion. Golden color, sparkles, elegance, floral freshness and coolness - all this is associated with it.. My true love

This fragrance truly deserves the "Gold" prefix in its name. It's luxurious on every level: from the bottle design to the final trail notes. The warmth and softness of its scent create oriental associations, as if you're immersing yourself in a world of flowing golden satin dresses. The floral notes on the skin unfold richly and intensely, and the amber is felt very brightly. But what delights me most is its woody trail... It's simply magical!

The original version of Zen is simply stunning, the other variations don't quite measure up. The scent itself is not bad, but it's an acquired taste. On my skin, it's barely noticeable, it develops too weakly, almost sluggishly. I think it's more suited for those who prefer neutral scents without bright accents 😮

Shiseido Zen Gold... I can't say it impressed me. Yes, it seems sweet and feminine, but it's all too superficial. Its beauty doesn't save it from disappearing from the skin instantly. As if it was never there. Maybe it's wearable in summer, but even a drop of citrus doesn't save it from the feeling of emptiness. The floral notes aren't pleasing either, rather, they're oppressive... Sophistication? Doubtful. In general, a disappointment
