Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Aqua Profumata Amalfi unfolds as a layered story, where accents shift without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of Tocca is evident in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de toilette keeps a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

As soon as the fragrance opens you sense fresh green top notes: Cucumber and Mint.

At the core of development you detect Jasmine, Lily of the Valley, Violet leaf and red apple keeping a creamy tuberose direction.

The olfactory framework rests on these accords: Aromatic, Aquatic, Floral and Fruit with each one in a clear role. Background accords such as Musc expand the olfactory volume in the background. The gender direction is feminine, which clarifies the composition character. In longevity terms Low suggests confident staying power.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Green, Aromatic, Whiteflower and Fruit. It also reaches into Floral, Musk and Earthy / Mossy.

This fragrance totally didn't work for me. The cucumber freshness just reminds me of a vegetable patch, and, honestly, it comes across as really cheap and pushy. I wouldn't call it pleasant
