Identity and Release History

Imagine a perfumery where there is no room for compromise: where every note is a masterpiece, and the bottle is a work of art.

This is how Xerjoff was born, an Italian perfume house founded in 2004 by visionary Sergio. This spirit of uncompromisingness is embodied in the fragrance Erba Pura, released in 2019.

It belongs to the luxurious Velvet Collection, emphasizing the status of a refined unisex offering.

Erba Pura, known in Russia as "Erba Pura," creates an image of pure, untouched nature, where citrus and fruity chords blend into a harmonious symphony.

This perfume is perfect for those who value brightness and elegance, while remaining true to the brand's principles.

Positioning and Wearability

As a universal unisex fragrance, Erba Pura wins the hearts of both women and men. Its middle trail leaves a trail of sophistication, not intrusive but perceptible.

It is recommended to apply pointwise on the skin for maximum reveal and 1 to 2 sprays on clothing for durability.

The fragrance in the concentration of Perfume Water (Eau de Parfum) provides longevity of 6-8 hours, making it ideal for daytime outings, romantic dates, or office days.

It is particularly good in warm seasons, giving a feeling of freshness and energy.

If you are looking for similar fragrances, pay attention to Tiziana Terenzi Kirke, Tiziana Terenzi Cassiopea, and Tiziana Terenzi Andromeda, which also explore fruity and amber motifs.

Creators and Influence

Behind the creation of Erba Pura is the talent of Laura Santander, a perfumer who skillfully combines innovation with classic.

Her work on this fragrance has strengthened Xerjoff's reputation as a brand that is not afraid to experiment while maintaining the highest quality.

Erba Pura reflects the brand's philosophy: the pursuit of perfection and uniqueness.

Its influence spreads throughout the perfume industry, inspiring the creation of bright, multi-layered compositions.

Description of the composition

The pyramid of notes in Erba Pura begins with a bright explosion of citrus: bergamot, lemon and orange create a fresh, sunny start.

In the heart of the composition, a juicy fruity note unfolds, adding depth and sweetness.

The base wraps with warm and sensual chords: amber, Madagascan vanilla and white musk create a persistent, enveloping aura that gently develops on the skin.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

Perfumes like Fleur Narcotique and Kirke leave me completely bewildered! This sharp musk just hits you in the nose, like someone decided to have a boxing match in a ring. A tickle in the throat - that's not what I expected! And this fruity mix that seems unwilling to disappear is just awful. I can't say it's my favorite!!

Cassiopea and Kirke are definitely overdone in this fragrance. It's so bright and loud that in the wrong dosage it can simply choke you. It's amazing how such a mix can be so intrusive ))

At first, it reminds me of Cassiopea, but then something milky and fruity appears, and then it sharply transitions into powerful musky notes. At that point, it feels more like Kirke. The scent is just incredibly long-lasting 😲

Baccarat can hardly compare to this perfumery in terms of sillage and loudness. The musk is simply killing, and the amber drills right into your soul. The longevity is such that it's better not to spray it on clothes. The fruits disappear instantly, I don't even get to feel them because of this intrusive base. They say some people don't mind it, but alas, I wasn't so lucky )

I wear both Kassiopea and Erba simultaneously, but honestly, I don't notice any difference between them. The Xerjoff bottle, of course, looks prettier. I only recommend this perfume to those who love sweet, musky, and fruity notes 🍬

AMAZING! This scent isn't as nuclear as I expected. The main thing is not to overdo it with the amount, otherwise, it will be uncomfortable for those around you. It's truly bright and rich, with oriental notes. For everyday wear, it might be too much, but from time to time, in the right mood, it's perfectly suitable

This fragrance is simply unbearable! I can't even be with it for a minute) It reminds me of insect repellent with a slight fruity hint. Absolutely not for me, too sharp, although I generally like musk )

I don't understand why there's so much musk in this fragrance! It just overpowers all the other notes. At first, I smell tropical fruits and a bit of bergamot, but the musk prevents me from enjoying it. The base is sweet, vanilla-ambery, even though I love gourmand scents. This perfume is best applied by just walking into a cloud, otherwise you won't be able to appreciate it. In summer, it's unbearable )

When I decided to buy this fragrance, I tested it on paper and it seemed quite interesting - bright, but not too intrusive. However, when I applied it on myself at home, I realized it was almost Kirke. I couldn't get along with it, and in the end, I gifted it to someone else. And then, hello! For the first hour, I felt nothing but musk. Then an suffocating fruity base appeared, so sweet I wanted to cry from disappointment. For some reason, I didn't notice any of this when I bought it. But after a couple of hours - oh wonder! This floral-fruity scent turned out to be delicate, slightly sweetish, and with notes of freshness. Amazing! I'm keeping it, but I still feel it on me all day (usually I don't smell my own fragrance after half an hour). You need to apply it very carefully and definitely test it on yourself. Wear it for a while, listen to it. Many people don't like it, but it's not just soapy water. If you find common ground with it, it will sit on you expensively and multifaceted)))

Fruity notes are there in the fragrance, but it's unclear exactly which ones. There's sweetness, but it's so common that it just doesn't stand out in a crowd. Might work for those who like fruity-floral blends. Citrus notes are barely noticeable. Like they came, waved goodbye, and disappeared

Musky fragrances are my passion, I'd gladly douse myself in them. But this perfume is just too much. I've never received so many negative comments. There are fruits somewhere, but they're not bright. One spray is enough to silence everything living around. It reminds me of Kirke, but the sweetness there is more pronounced. By the way, I also use them when I think: "Well, if I don't use it, it won't run out anyway." Pura is, in my opinion, the most unsuccessful of all niche fragrances. What a horror for such money! It's good that I have a habit of testing decants. I give one star for the beautiful bottle color (oh, how I wish I could put such beauty on my shelf), and one for its popularity (it's amazing how there can be such hype with such a pyramid?!)))

Definitely a fragrance worth trying! Yes, it might seem too bright or even a bit heavy to some. It all starts with a sweet citrus note that stays with you for a long time. Then fruity accents appear, and vanilla is felt from the very beginning. Musk and amber here are not intrusive; on the contrary, they create a harmonious sound on the skin. The main thing is not to overdo the amount, then everyone will be comfortable. I also liked Kirke, they are indeed similar. But this fragrance is softer, although its sillage and longevity are just as impressive

A clone of Tiziana Terenzi's Cassiopea. It seems like they're from the same bottle, though the bottles themselves are, of course, different. The turquoise velvet bottle looks nice. But the scent itself. Cassiopea was enough for me. Too much musk, sweetness, and fruit. Just overkill 😒

The scent of the tropics just explodes! You can feel mango and passion fruit here, and flowers add freshness. The woody-musky base is just powerful!!! Although it reminds me of Kirke, on me it smells much woodier. Overall, it's something incredible

The first fruity notes even appealed to me, especially on a rainy autumn day. But the base just bothers me. The musk, which should be white and delicate, is somehow too intrusive here. And there's too much amber too. For me, the scent is too loud. The fruits are, of course, tempting, but after the opening, they start to resemble jam. It lasts unbearably long, washing it off is a real problem. The sillage is such that it's noticeable from afar
