Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Remember "Redds" beer with passion fruit? This is exactly it! Can't smell ginger at all. On the skin, the scent is a bit sour, and on the hair, it leaves a trail, but only if you overdo it. All in all, not the most pleasant feeling when you smell like you've just had one too many 🍺

The spicy, tart accent here is successfully combined with the bright sweetness and freshness of passionfruit. This fragrance fills you with energy and gives a feeling of joy. A real boost of positivity!!!

Redds Passionfruit beer - it's just a nightmare! Smells like a neighbor with a hangover in the morning. It feels like the flavorings weren't quite finished at the factory, and they just pawned off the leftovers as luxury. Honestly, it's not up to par, to say the least

At first, I thought these components couldn't combine at all, but in reality, it turned out to be quite a wintery and Christmasy scent. I don't remember which season it was released in, but it definitely evokes associations with winter holidays. This fragrance reminds me of gingerbread cookies and sweet fruits, but it's not passion fruit, it's something more imagined, completely unlike that fruit!!

The fragrance is truly lively and energizing. It smells tropical, with bright fruity notes that are delightful. Very natural and invigorating, creating a feeling of freshness and positivity

Frosted fruits with ginger, huh? The scent is bright, practically glows, no shame in wearing it)) But the longevity, well, it's so-so, what do you expect, it's just a body spray 😒

Yves Rocher's summer edition this year surprises with passion fruit and ginger. The collection includes not only eau de toilette but also shower gel, moisturizing lotion, mist, and scrub. All products have a bright fruity-aquatic scent that's easy to remember, but shouldn't be taken too seriously: just a couple of sprays in the morning - and you're good to go! 🍹

The scent turned out kind of strange and sharp, ginger with tropical fruits just doesn't work, in my opinion, it's just a bad combination. I don't know who came up with it, but I definitely didn't like it. I definitely won't be wearing it in the summer 😒

The combination turned out quite strange. Ginger for me is associated with winter holidays, mulled wine, and the warmth of home comfort. And passion fruit is bright summer and sunny days. So, winter and summer got mixed in one bottle. As a result, the scent evokes a tropical feeling, but with a bitter ginger aftertaste. Even in cooking, such a combination wouldn't appeal to me. Overall, the fragrance seems inconsistent and not very harmonious. I'd like to add at least a little citrus to connect these two worlds - the tropics and northern Europe 🍊
