Diptyque Do Son
What an amazing, delicate, and feminine fragrance this is! 🌸 'Do Son Diptyque' is a true gem. It's like it envelops you in its soft, creamy sillage, drawing admiration from everyone around. Every time I wear it, I get tons of compliments! 💖 This scent is simply captivating and gives an incredible feeling of lightness. I'm absolutely thrilled with it
To the fragrance:
Elizabeth Arden Splendor
What an awful scent this is. A bouquet of flowers, yes, but it doesn't delight, it rather overwhelms. The lily, which should be the queen, actually only causes a headache. And this slight dizziness? Don't make me laugh, it's more like poisoning. Aldehydes at the start, yes, but they are out of place and sharp. And the entourage? Lilies of the valley and lilac, maybe jasmine-all of it is simply unbearable. The rose is not audible, and perhaps that's for the best, but something is still missing. Fruits? None, not even a hint. Woody notes are also absent, although so many were promised. The base with musk, yes, but it's not a wild cat, but just an annoying furball that won't let go. The scent is clean, but that doesn't make it better. In the heat, it smells like expensive soap, and that's not a compliment. Long-lasting, loud, but it should be applied with caution. Compare it to 5th Avenue? I disagree, it's chalk and cheese. Splendor sounds different, and if we're talking about similarity, then it's with Pink Opal from Northern Lights-and that's not in its favor 😒
