Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle Heaven Can Wait
I don't understand the hype around this new release, unless it is all about the perfumer's famous name. Like many works from FM Perfume House, this fragrance is extremely smooth, without the slightest rough edge. Everything is blended so evenly that it's almost impossible to distinguish individual components. I caught only a woody-iris direction; there isn't much else to describe
To the fragrance:
Brecourt Ambre Noir
This scent is pure vanilla powder with some kind of resinous note. It reminds me of a warm autumn evening, but honestly, it's too dry. In the first few minutes, it even tickles my nose, which isn't very pleasant. But as soon as it warms up on the skin, a creamy, slightly smoky note appears. All in all, I don't know if it's even worth wearing

Zara Zara Rose (2017)
The rose is delicate. Although one could draw a parallel with a Givenchy fragrance, I don't think it's appropriate, as they still belong to different categories. It's funny how their bottles are indeed similar

Christian Lacroix Christian Lacroix 1999
In 2005, I bought a tester for pennies. It was not bad in winter, but for my 24 years, it seemed too heavy. My mom didn't appreciate it either, stored it in the light, and it went bad. Now I sometimes apply it to my home clothes, but the top notes disappear after an hour, while the base lasts for several days. It's a shame that its price is now exorbitant, I'm afraid of running into a spoiled version )

L`Occitane en Provence Rose Eau Parfumée Souffle Vivifiant
I don't just smell rose, it's not in the foreground here, more like a background note. There's a lot of jasmine, and the citrus notes, especially orange, are clearly audible. In the base, there's a light musk, transparent and pleasant 🌸
To the fragrance:
Michael Kors Very Hollywood Sparkling
The floral-berry fragrance truly brings joy and sparkles, but the longevity is simply disappointing. It evaporates in a matter of minutes, which is surprising. The bottle with shimmer looks very impressive ✨
To the fragrance:
Marc Jacobs Splash Grass
The scent reminds me of soap, too much greenness that isn't pleasing. Lily of the valley and musk create a feeling of something banal. In the drydown, everything seems too soapy, as if I'm just wearing soap. It's disappointing, what a shame
