To the fragrance:
Penhaligon's Castile
I agree with you. If I were looking for a citrus fragrance, as described, I definitely wouldn't be able to get along with this one. There are no lemons or oranges in it, not even bergamot. Yes, neroli oil is present, but it hits your brain so hard along with petitgrain essential oil. This fragrance is suitable for the first warm days or frosts, that's when it unfolds best. In summer, however, it starts to overwhelm with its essential notes. I mostly use it for myself, because for a date, it's too intrusive… 😅
To the fragrance:
O Boticario 7 Tentacoes Egeo Deseje
A dried-out cherry, with some powder and bitter wormwood. The scent is definitely unusual, but it's hard to get. You can easily overdo it, and then it'll be unbearable. The longevity is just insane, even after washing, you can still smell it
