This fragrance can truly be called a masterpiece of perfumery. It's mature, thoughtful, and full of emotion. Studying it, inhaling it, dissecting it, and fantasizing - it's a real pleasure. Ganymede by Quentin Bisch for Marc-Antoine Barrois seems especially multifaceted and sensual to me. It's as if it speaks of an invisible connection between cosmos and the human body, expanding the boundaries of imagination to infinite scales. Only through the interplay of scents can the full depth of these ideas and feelings be conveyed. I want to return to this perfume again and again. But after wearing it a few times, I realized it's not entirely mine. I don't like it when a fragrance is too intrusive, when there's more of it than I'm willing to accept. It's not its fault, but rather mine. Art knows no bounds and doesn't depend on the opinions of others. If a fragrance doesn't suit you, you have to be able to admit it. Ganymede will forever remain in my heart and as a decant in my collection - I can't help but return to it just to enjoy its presence. Perhaps someday I'll be able to wear it without feeling uncomfortable. But with Bois Imperial, also by Bisch, I've developed an excellent connection - I've been wearing it for two days now and enjoying its play on my skin. It's also a bright and unusual creation. AMAZING!
