This scent is hard to break down into individual notes, like you would with high-quality perfumes. But it's clearly sweet, with a refreshing tartness that makes it quite pleasant. If there are any floral or fruity notes, they're definitely not from our latitudes 🍭

The fragrance is truly sophisticated and light. In it, I sense wormwood, leather accents, violet, and vetiver. No old-fashionedness at all, that's for sure. I'm talking about the new version in the square bottle with straight lines

The fragrance that came out in its release year was simply unbearably loud and had an enormous sillage. One dab - and you were surrounded by an invisible shield of this perfume. Sweet honey notes, as if torn from a flower, yet all this power created a suffocating heaviness. At first, it seemed universal, but then, with each new batch, it became more transparent until it turned into an ordinary cologne. I haven't tried the eau de parfum yet, but apparently, that won't save the situation

At first, I smell wild strawberry and fern, then a coniferous accent appears, smoothly transitioning into chamomile. The chamomile really stands out here, it's easy to distinguish, and it blends with tart forest berries. This is truly something unusual. Both for niche and luxury perfumery. The bottle design is a bit misleading: I expected something more powdery and warm, but in reality, I got a bright green-sweet scent with a touch of tartness. A bright green transparent bottle would have suited this fragrance much better, like Tropical Cherimoya by Jo Malone

The fragrance is really pleasant, even if you don't like leather. There's a lot of raspberry here, but it's natural, rich, like in Kilian perfumes. The leather accord present here is quite common. You can find it in Acqua di Parma Leather, but there it's rougher. If we're talking about something more similar, then Jo Malone's Bronze Wood & Leather fits better

I can't understand why this fragrance is so popular. It seems it's all about the name marketers came up with: the words Dark and Lily sound enticing. In my opinion, it smells like cucumber pickle brine. It's strange to walk around all day feeling like you're soaked in pickled cucumbers. You can catch the lily if you try, but as soon as you get distracted, that cucumber aftertaste immediately appears
