For me, the scent is too lactonic, as if condensed milk had been added instead of coconut. It lacks some strangeness or a little spice, everything is far too smooth and peaceful. This calm smoothness even makes me feel a little uncomfortable
The scent leaves a strange aftertaste, as if someone tried to create something new but ended up just removing the sandalwood from Pure Poison. O de L`Orangerie seems lighter, but there's nothing special about it. It's not as cold as the original, and honestly, it looks quite banal. As for longevity - a maximum of five hours, and that's not impressive 😔
What a cool and light scent! For me, it primarily associates with tartness. Probably blackcurrant and grapefruit. Vanilla and raspberry, unfortunately, aren't noticeable. There's just a tiny bit of sweetness here. On the skin, it unfolds quite softly. The sillage, though weak, is still present. Longevity is average: it lasts half a day on clothes, and even less on skin. Overall, the fragrance is very positive and perfectly suitable for everyday use. The bottle is simply gorgeous! Just like real gilding. I'm so glad I discovered this scent, I'll wear it sometimes. It's so intimate, more for myself, to lift my mood in spring and summer, and this tartness adds a special charm to it. A delicate tartness, not sharp, but bright, just like the bottle itself! 🌟
