To the fragrance: SIU Pura Vida

Right from the start, I get a very recognizable sweet gum, and it immediately takes me back to childhood. Back then, scents like this felt like real little treasures. The name Pura Vida translates as “pure life” and sounds a little grand, but the mood of the fragrance really is joyful and carefree. Then mandarins, flowers, and a light anticipation of travel join the gum. Gradually, a somewhat dry wood appears, while the tuberose becomes noticeable without turning suffocating at all. In the middle, for some reason, it reminded me of Daima Fragonard: there’s hardly any direct similarity, more like the overall feeling and a light almond note happened to overlap. This is my second favorite from SIU, and I’d be delighted to receive a full bottle as a gift) It’s beautiful, lifts my mood, and makes the day nicer

To the fragrance: Bi-es Max Ice Freshness

This scent, promising vigor with citrus notes, apples, and aquatics, is actually nothing more than a generic mass-market cologne. The longevity leaves much to be desired, and the base feels too cheap

To the fragrance: Faberlic Kaori Yuzu

This Kaori, unlike the classic version, is quite interesting. Citrus notes, floral accents, and rhubarb create an unusual combination. Freshness is felt, and there's even something appealing about this scent. But, do I really like it? I can't say for sure

A scent that could be called standard for women, it evokes quite positive emotions in men. It's sweetish, floral, without any special frills or complex transitions, but overall it makes a good impression. There are plenty of flowers here, but the plum is not as noticeable as one might wish

To the fragrance: O Boticario Coffee

I smell coffee, but mostly it's apple here, like it smells of marmalade or candied fruit. The apple note is just upfront, and the coffee is just a little on top, as if sprinkled on. 🍏

On the bottom shelf at Rive Gauche, near my house, sits this perfume. If it weren't for my little son, I wouldn't have even noticed it. It's simply a sunny fragrance! It's so sweet, like the smell of little yellow flowers from a fairy tale 🌼

Apple and peach compote. Honestly, I thought this flanker would be better. The scent, in theory, should be more intense, but here it's just some flat pyramid. I expected a lot, but got rubbish
