To the fragrance:
Beary Roses of Taif
The fragrance turned out to be too harsh and controversial for me. The rose here is so intrusive, it just doesn't let up. Perhaps it's because of the sweetish notes that resemble vanilla. And I also detect persistent dried fruits and resins. Overall, it's too bright and active for my perception
To the fragrance:
Chopard Aigle Impérial
This fragrance didn't impress me. The aquatic note is too pronounced, which, in my opinion, makes it quite simple and unoriginal

Escentric Molecules Molecule 01 + Mandarin
I don't know what to think. On one hand, it seems decent, but on the other - it raises doubts. It reminds me of Light Blue, which isn't very pleasing. The mandarin at the beginning is really good, but then everything boils down to something familiar, like Molecule 01 and LB. Some of these fragrances are even cheaper. Overall, I can't say I'm thrilled

Trish McEvoy Trish
The lotus clearly dominates here, and honestly, the almond bitterness doesn't save the situation. This fragrance is too light, and that strange lotus note just throws me off!!! I can't say I liked it

Jeanne Arthes Boum Yellow
Sweet and sour citrus candies! The fragrance simply fills you with energy and a sunny mood, as if you're getting a boost of vitamins. Yes, the longevity isn't the highest, but at least it doesn't smell like chemicals. That's good! ))

Alan Bray L'Homme Night
The scent is simply amazing! Fruits combined with anise create incredible brightness and freshness. The sweetness here is very light, but it adds charm and makes the composition even more interesting 🍏

Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle Rose & Cuir
At first, I really liked the scent, but there's somehow not much rose in it. Instead, geranium and green notes stand out the most, and as for the leather... well, it's not quite like leather, something is mixed with it. Blackcurrant isn't very noticeable either, only if you look at the pyramid, then maybe it might seem so. Outdoors, the eau de parfum unfolded beautifully when I was walking in the yard. But at home, honestly, the feeling is different: it became duller, more of a garden note with geranium and vetiver. But there's still something interesting about it. And the fact that there's almost no rose added is even good. It lasts long, the sillage is pleasant. I wouldn't call it masculine. Although it leans that way, it also looks beautiful on a woman; on me, it's not sharp or harsh

This is really unusual for Montale, as their scents are usually known for their intensity. But here it's something different, lighter and fresher. It's like a breath of fresh air on a hot day 🌬️
