How to change fragrances by seasons: a guide to weather and temperature

Tanya Bochnig is not just a perfumer; she is the embodiment of conscious creativity, a German model who turned her passion for natural scents into the cult brand April Aromatics. Her story is an inspiring journey from a career in the modeling industry and teaching yoga to founding one of the most respected niche perfume brands, where every drop of perfume tells a story of purity and harmony.
Born and raised in the creative atmosphere of Berlin, Tanya was surrounded by art and self-expression from a young age. Modeling opened up the world of beauty to her, but it was yoga and wellness philosophy that became the bridge that led her to perfumery. Combining her two passions, she created the AromaYoga studio, where she studied the deep connection between scents and emotional states, laying the foundation for her future as a perfumer.
In 2012, after years of painstaking study of botany, aromatherapy, and the basics of perfumery, Tanya founded April Aromatics. Her mission was clear: to create perfumes exclusively from natural ingredients, without synthetic additives, following the principles of environmental friendliness and sustainability. This bold step made her a pioneer in the clean perfume movement, where each creation is a dialogue with nature.
Tanya Bochnig's style is sensual poetry woven from natural oils and absolutes. Her compositions breathe life, whether it's the spicy depth of Bohemian Spice, the sunny tenderness of Rose L'Orange, or the dreamy watercolor of Liquid Dreams. Among her iconic creations, the woody elegy Precious Woods and the lyrical Unter den Linden stand out, becoming bestsellers and favorites of the perfume connoisseur community.
In 2014, Tanya's talent received international recognition: her oriental masterpiece Calling All Angels, where rose dances with ambergris, vanilla, and resins, won the prestigious Art and Olfaction Awards. This victory not only confirmed her mastery, but also showed that natural perfumery can rival luxury houses in complexity and emotional depth.
Over the years, April Aromatics' portfolio has grown to more than forty unique fragrances, each with its own story. Fans especially note the rich velvet of Purple Reign, the refreshing burst of Ray of Light, and the delicate Irisistible. Other gems such as the fruity Berry Kiss, the floral Rose Bouquet, the sensual Lost in Roses, and the honeyed Nectar of Love, which regularly top user ratings, also do not go unnoticed.
In addition to developing her own brand, Tanja Bochnig shares her talent with the world through collaborations. A striking example is her work with the American project The Hotel Couture, for which she created the exquisite fragrance Suite Tanja. This composition, like all her creations, reflects the unique style of the master, combining luxury aesthetics with natural purity.
Today, Tanja Bochnig continues to live and work in Berlin, remaining true to her philosophy. Her contribution to perfumery cannot be overstated: she has not only proven that natural perfumes can be long-lasting and multifaceted, but has also inspired a whole generation of perfectionists to take a conscious approach to fragrances. Her brand, April Aromatics, is not just a collection of perfumes, but an entire universe where every encounter with a scent becomes a journey to oneself.
