Perfume information

Description of the composition

The composition of Tribu evolves as a living composition, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The style of Benetton is evident from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de toilette sets the right density and pace of development.

At the opening of the pyramid you sense sweet-fresh fruity first notes: Blackcurrant, Mandarin and Violet leaf. These 3 notes build thrilling fruity juiciness that is impossible to miss.

In the middle phase you detect Chamomile, Geranium, Jasmine, Rose and ylang-ylang holding a opulent floral direction. In the base the line is anchored through Benzoin, Oak moss and Vetiver, shaping a thick resinous trail.

The gender direction is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Fruit, Citrus, Green and Floral. It also reaches into Whiteflower, Balsamic, Earthy / Mossy and Wood. At family level the fragrance belongs to Floral.

In summary Tribu sounds complete from start to finish — the start forms character, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. This is the type of composition best experienced in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

This fragrance is simply awful. It's too intrusive and sharp. Blackcurrant with rose here sounds like someone decided to throw a party in a funeral home. The powder adds some suffocating heaviness, and the base is just nasty - resinous and bitter. I can't understand who could have come up with this

The fragrance, of course, isn't bad, but I can't say it impressed me. Fruity-floral notes, yes, but something is missing in this combination. Freshness and sweetness seem to try to cover the bitterness, but not very successfully. Overall, it sounds somewhat too ordinary, even cozy, but not in the way I'd hoped. I smell blackcurrant leaves, but the berries somehow get lost in the background. Spicy grass adds a bit of interest, but in the base, there's this pharmacy chamomile. I don't know, it causes more bewilderment. It reminds me of Escada Sport Spirit, but not in the best light. Longevity, yes, not bad, it projects, but not in a memorable way 😔

This perfume simply shocked me. Valerian notes with currant berries - that's something else. Honestly, such a combination is just nonsense. Unusual? Yes, but not in the best way. I don't understand how one can wear this. In short, I don't want it for myself, not at all! ))
