The scent of Montauk is shaped as an expressive line of development, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The signature of Bond No. 9 is clear in details that define the fragrance identity. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum supports a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Citrus, Fruit, Spicy and Floral. The palette also extends to Whiteflower, Ambery and Wood. Within olfactory families the composition sits in Floral and Fruit.

At the opening of the pyramid you sense radiant lemon-bergamot first notes: Bergamot, Blackcurrant and Laurel.

The perfume fills the space with woody-balsamic notes of sandalwood, creating a feeling of deep sadness. Vetiver adds an earthy, smoky note that seems to pull you down. The warmth of amber and musk completes this composition, but even they can't hide the melancholy that hangs in the air 😔

The scent isn't bad, of course, but it's not worth praising it so much. Flowers and fruits, yes, it sounds nice, but in reality, it's just a sweet cocktail that quickly gets boring. A summer evening? Oh please, more like an evening in a stuffy office. Juicy? Maybe, but sweet is just too much. I can't say it's magnificent, rather, it's just another fragrance that leaves no impression
