Fragrance information:

L’Amoureuse joined the Brecourt portfolio in 2010. A feminine fragrance rooted in the fruit and floral families. This fragrance is the result of a creative collaboration between Jean-Marie Santantoni, Marie-Eugénie Bouge, and Emilie Bouge. The fragrance belongs to the musk, fruit, and floral groups. The palette of this fragrance is exceptionally rich: traces of citrus and whiteflower can also be found — a rare combination that makes this perfume truly one of a kind. L’Amoureuse — proudly part of the Contextuels collection. An eau de parfum — light-footed, but utterly unforgettable.

Expect a moderate sillage — enough to be remembered, not enough to overwhelm. Apply 1-2 sprays whether on skin or fabric — it works equally well either way. In terms of longevity, it sits at moderate — long enough to make a real impression. Made in France, backed by a long and proud tradition. A rich, layered composition that reveals itself differently depending on your mood and the time of day.

Key fragrance characteristics

Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of L’Amoureuse is built as an expressive line of development, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The style of Brecourt is evident in details that define the fragrance identity. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum supports a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Citrus, Floral, Fruit and Musk. The framework further includes Whiteflower. Within olfactory families the scent maps to Floral and Fruit.

As soon as the fragrance opens you catch radiant lemon-bergamot first notes: Bergamot, Blackcurrant, Lemon and Tangerine.

When the opening settles you detect Jasmine, Raspberry, Rose and Violet holding a velvety rose-iris direction.

The olfactory framework is built around these accords: Citrus, Floral, Fruit and Musc forming a compact and readable structure. The profile is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived. For persistence Middle suggests confident staying power.

Taken together L’Amoureuse sounds complete from start to finish — the first stage creates momentum, the middle layer carries the identity, and the base secures the trail. This is the type of composition best experienced through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

A perfume with a floral character, in which the rose smells very bright 🌸

I didn't think this bottle could bring so much joy. The scent of soft flowers and fresh fruits, with a light tartness. It really smells beautiful, but my skin, it seems, doesn't get along with it very well - it quickly disappears, leaving only the base

This fragrance is a real gem! First, it energizes with bright citrus notes that just fill you with positivity and freshness. Then, sweet peach nuances and delicate jasmine join in, and later rose and lily appear, creating incredible harmony. The sillage is light and airy, like a silk dress. Its longevity varies: it lasted about three hours on my skin, but more than a day on a blotter 🌟
