Identity of Brocard Lune de Miel

Brocard Lune de Miel is a charming feminine fragrance released in 2020, embodying the spirit of romance and tenderness.

Created by the brand Brocard, the modern custodian of the Russian perfume legend since 2000, this perfume is part of the L'Histoire D'Amour collection, which translates to 'Love Story', and is presented in the concentration of perfume water for a more intense and long-lasting impression.

The name Lune de Miel, meaning 'honeymoon' in French, immediately sets a lyrical tone, inviting one to immerse in a world of sweet moments and emotions.

Positioning and Wearability

This fragrance is positioned as feminine and is perfect for those who appreciate elegance and sensuality.

Its trail is classified as middle, providing a delicate yet persistent presence that won't be intrusive in daily life.

For optimal application, it is recommended to enter the cloud on the skin and enter the cloud on clothing – this approach allows for an even distribution of the fragrance and enjoyment of its full development.

Brocard Lune de Miel, belonging to the citrus and floral families, is excellent for spring and summer days, adding freshness and lightness, and can also be your choice for dates, evening outings, or work meetings, thanks to its versatile and complementary character.

Description of the composition

Composition of Brocard Lune de Miel

The fragrance pyramid of Brocard Lune de Miel begins with a bright and sparkling start: bergamot and citron (cedrat) give a citrus freshness that instantly invigorates, while the sweetness of mango and the spiciness of pink pepper (red berries) add depth and intrigue.

The sparkle of champagne finishes the top notes, creating a feeling of celebration and lightness.

In the heart of the composition unfolds a rich floral bouquet: delicate lily of the valley and luxurious rose combine with exquisite peony, as well as hawthorn, honeysuckle, and exotic ylang-ylang, creating a multifaceted and romantic atmosphere that envelops with warmth and tenderness.

The base of the fragrance is based on persistent and cozy notes: woody accord gives the composition depth and stability, and musk finishes it with a soft and enveloping trail that lingers on the skin for a long time, reminding of sweet moments.

This evolution from freshness to the floral heart and warm base makes Lune de Miel a dynamic and emotional fragrance, perfect for those who love complex and expressive perfumes.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

What a wonderful scent! Sweet floral and fruity notes create an incredible cocktail. It's really pleasant, doesn't feel chemical. But on me, it smells a bit blurry, I can't quite pick out individual notes. They seem to get lost, and that's a bit disappointing

Lately, Brocard's fragrances have really been sparking interest. The champagne note grabs attention, and hawthorn adds a touch of mystery. Wonder how they managed to combine that 😔

Doesn't feel like a celebration here. The champagne on me smells somehow unnatural, and the fragrance itself leaves a strange feeling. As if something's unfinished, and everything sounds out of sync. I can't quite put my finger on what's wrong, but it definitely doesn't work. Duchaufour seems to have decided to experiment again, but it turned out kinda weird. Overall, not impressed. Maybe I'll try it again next time, especially since it's now available at Elysée, but the first impression, unfortunately, isn't great

The scent is really unusual and grabs attention not just because of the perfumer, but also thanks to the interesting combination of notes. Mango, champagne, hawthorn, and honeysuckle create an amazing bouquet. I've noticed that honeysuckle and hawthorn often appear in this perfumer's creations, like in his other works. And the rare note of sycamore, described as a woody accord, adds a special charm. It immediately brings another fragrance to mind, but here it smells unique. The combination of musk with sycamore evokes pleasant associations with a favorite perfume. Ultimately, it's quite wearable and uplifting. I get more of a fizzy drink vibe than champagne, with notes of peony, lily of the valley, and a slightly tart hawthorn. Mango is noticeable too, but overall it's a scent for casual outings. Longevity is good - about 4-5 hours, sillage is small but pleasant )

Can't wait to try this fragrance! The notes are really rare and unusual, and Bertrand Duchaufour himself seems to have created something special. This inspires trust and curiosity 😊

The cedrat and champagne here really spark interest. However, looking at the notes, it gives the impression that the fragrance will be too floral. Blind buying, honestly, I'm not sure, but it would be curious to try

Got this scent for pennies after finding out who created it. At first, I thought it would be a total letdown, but it turned out pretty good. Honeyed flowers combined with tart hawthorn - an interesting choice. It lasts about 12 hours on skin, and on clothes until you wash them. I'm really enjoying it. For me, it's like it creates a cozy home atmosphere, such a familiar and comforting scent 🏡

The scent is quite rich and floral. First and foremost, I pick up lily of the valley and hawthorn. Unfortunately, I didn't get any champagne, even though I hoped for it. In the top notes, there's a slight tartness and something indolic. But in the drydown, it becomes richer, with honeyed and sweetish nuances, reminiscent of Poème. It might seem a bit heavy in summer, but in spring and autumn, I think it will be easier to wear. The longevity and sillage are simply amazing - it will definitely last a day, in this Lune De Miel is on par with even luxury perfumes. Overall, the fragrance is interesting, not boring, with a gradual development. It's suitable for those who love rich floral compositions

The fragrance is quite rich, floral. First of all, lily of the valley and hawthorn are felt. Unfortunately, I didn't get any champagne, though I really wanted to. In the top notes, there's a slight tartness and something indolic. As the fragrance develops, it becomes denser, with honeyed and sweetish nuances, reminiscent of Poème. It might seem a bit heavy in summer, but in spring and autumn, I think it will be easier to perceive. Longevity and sillage are simply impressive - it will definitely last a day, in this regard Lune De Miel is not inferior to more expensive perfumes. Overall, the fragrance is interesting, not flat, with a gradual development. It will suit those who love rich floral compositions

The opening note is simply delightful - soft, sweetish, like a cloud. These aren't those peaches that smell like soap, but then a bitterness appears, like linden honey - persistent and even a little ticklish. The base is also lovely, it's unobtrusive and pleasant

The scent is really impressive, it's bright and fruity. If we're talking champagne, it's definitely a brut - stylish and crisp, a very feminine fragrance. Half a bottle was gone over the summer, but I'm quite happy with its longevity 🍾

A fragrance that evokes mixed feelings. A boozy rose with fruity accents - that's something unique. The execution is simple, sure, but it has its own charm. For this price, it's hard to find anything similar, especially with those alcoholic notes that are super trendy right now. I'm not sure if I like it or not, but it's definitely worth a try 🍷

This is the fragrance I dreamed of trying, but sadly, it didn't work out. The champagne note here had an unpleasant taste of overripe fruits and something just too provocative

The scent reminds me of soapy lily of the valley, but with fruity notes and a light musk. Overall, I don't feel anything special. It has freshness, but it definitely lacks memorability!!! I can't say it's bad, it just doesn't leave a strong impression

The fragrance has a sourish undertone, you can feel fruity notes, pink pepper, and floral accents in it. I can't describe hawthorn, but it reminds me of something from a rose bush. Overall, it's quite an interesting and unusual scent )
