The composition of L'Eau Cologne evolves as a layered story, where accents shift without rush and without gaps. The style of Caron is recognizable in details that define the fragrance identity. As soon as the fragrance opens you meet invigorating sunny opening notes: Bergamot, Mandarin and Marine accord.

In the central layer you sense Neroli, Petitgrain and Rosemary keeping a opulent floral direction.

The accord profile is driven by these accords: Aromatic, Citrus, Floral and Musc without random overlap. Background accords such as Wood and Marine expand the olfactory volume in the background. At first glance, it might seem simple, but it's not. A bit of sharpness, greenness, and bright citrus notes create an interesting bouquet. Marine accents are also present. Overall, I think the fragrance is very harmonious 🌊

To me, this is clearly not unisex, but a totally feminine perfume. The packaging also screams that girls would pick it over guys. Though I gotta admit, it does have some traditional masculine notes. But ultimately, it smells super delicate and feminine. Not a ton of sex appeal here, but for the office or just for myself when I'm feeling good, I absolutely love wearing it 😌
