Fragrance information:

Prestige Jaguar — a 2008 fragrance that needs no introduction. This is a masculine fragrance rooted in the spicy and wood families. Inspiration and execution — all of it is Dominique Preyssas. Created within the Prestige collection and available in eau de toilette.

The sillage is noticeable — present, but never overpowering. It doesn't linger long, but it always leaves a mark — longevity is very low. Produced in the United Kingdom, and you can feel it in every note. Prestige Jaguar unfolds gradually, effortlessly, and with great refinement — a perfect choice for day or evening.

Description of the composition

The composition of Prestige evolves as a layered story, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Jaguar is clear in details that define the fragrance identity. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de toilette emphasizes a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Citrus, Fruit, Wood and Spicy. The palette also extends to Green, Animals, Earthy / Mossy and Musk.

Right at the start you detect sparkling citrus first notes: Bergamot, Grapefruit, Lemon and Mandarin.

At the core of development you sense Birch, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Coriander, Lavender and Nutmeg holding a spicy-aromatic direction.

The internal accord map is shaped by these accords: Animalistic, Aromatic, Citrus and Gourmet with each one in a clear role. Secondary accord layers such as Fruit, Musc, Wood and Spicy enrich the profile without taking over. The stylistic positioning is masculine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived. In wear duration Very low suggests confident staying power.

Overall Prestige reads as a cohesive composition — the start forms character, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

1
Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The scent is truly memorable, and the sillage is simply captivating with its velvety texture 🌸

Another winter fragrance that doesn't bring joy. Sweetness and depth, but it starts so sharply it rings in your ears. It gradually softens, but the masculinity doesn't fade, though that doesn't save it. Coriander, nutmeg, and grapefruit are too intrusive, creating a feeling of heaviness 😒
