Fragrance information:

Tendre Douceur M. Micallef, brought to life in 2016, is positioned as a unisex fragrance, rooted in the gourmet family. The fragrance belongs to the green, sweet, and musk groups. The palette of this fragrance is exceptionally rich: traces of fruit, floral, and gourmet can also be found — a rare combination that makes this perfume truly one of a kind. From the Baby's collection; released as eau de parfum.

The sillage is moderate — present, but never overpowering. Apply 2-3 sprays whether on skin or fabric — it works equally well either way. A couple of sprays will carry you through the whole day — longevity is firmly high. Brand country — France. A rich, layered composition that reveals itself differently depending on your mood and the time of day.

Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Tendre Douceur is built as a cohesive olfactory arc, where accents shift without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of M. Micallef is clear from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum keeps the depth and body this composition needs.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Floral, Fruit, Gourmet and Green. The palette also extends to Musk, Sweet, Drinks and Fairy. At family level the scent maps to Gourmet.

At the opening of the pyramid you sense candy-delicate opening notes: Caramel apple and Cherry.

At the core of development you sense Angelica, Chocolate and Iris carrying a aromatic green direction.

The olfactory framework rests on these accords: Gourmet, Fruit, Musc and Powdery without random overlap. Additional accords such as Spicy enrich the profile without taking over. The gender direction is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read. In wear duration High suggests confident staying power.

In summary Tendre Douceur reads as a cohesive composition — the opening sets direction, the middle layer carries the identity, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. This is the type of composition best understood in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The first impression just blew me away! At first, it seemed too simple, even childish, and I wasn't going to wear it. But as soon as you apply it to the skin, it starts to unfold completely differently! Gourmand notes, not too bright but very rich, create a refined scent of chocolate and cherry liqueur. It's just incredible!!!

This fragrance only causes bewilderment. Cherry with vanilla and chocolate - sounds like a children's play set, not a serious perfume. Powdery notes of iris and angelica only add unnecessary heaviness. I don't understand how anyone who truly appreciates perfumery could like this. It's not a fragrance, but just a collection of sweets that causes nothing but disappointment 😒
