The composition of Le Jardin de Madame Chan unfolds as a cohesive olfactory arc, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of Olibere Parfums is clear in details that define the fragrance identity. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum emphasizes the depth and body this composition needs.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Citrus, Spicy, Floral and Whiteflower. It also reaches into Musk, Wood, Balsamic and Gourmet. Within olfactory families the fragrance belongs to East and Floral.

As soon as the fragrance opens you sense invigorating sunny top notes: Bergamot, Coriander and Geranium.

When the opening settles you sense Jasmine, Rose and ylang-ylang carrying a creamy tuberose direction.

Madame struck me as mature, it's like Lady Vengeance, but with ylang-ylang and rich patchouli. The scent is thick, strange, sweet-tart, but there's something alluring about it. I'd gladly sniff it from a tiny bottle, but I can't quite imagine it on myself yet 😔

This fragrance has a lot of amber and Peruvian balsam, which gives it an unusual resinous and salty note. It's really thick and velvety, with bright accents of rose and ylang. Its mood is a bit languid and dark, so it won't immediately appeal to everyone. Personally, I only managed to appreciate it after trying a decant from an atomizer. But despite that, the fragrance gives confidence and optimism, you just need to give it a chance! )

Honeyed patchouli, amber in excess, and a heavy vanilla under dark spicy roses and ylang-ylang. All of this looks like someone tried their absolute best, but the result leaves a lot to be desired. It develops slowly, as if it doesn't want to please, and each stage can be watched with a sense of melancholy. Overall, it's not impressive, but rather depressing
