Tom Ford's Black Orchid is a fragrance that attracts and repels at the same time. At first, it seems to envelop you in a chill, causing slight surprise, and then it recedes into the shadows again. But in the end, you realize it's just a game, and at the very heart of the fragrance hides sweet, soft vanilla chocolate. It evokes feelings full of tenderness and vulnerability, leaving behind a trail of mystery and intrigue…✨
It's such a shame that such moments don't repeat themselves. This fragrance immediately caught my attention, but when I unveiled it, it became even more captivating. The combination of gray amber with saffron and jasmine is truly something special. Beauty in every nuance, but, alas, such things fade, leaving only memories
The bottle didn't impress me at all. Why make it like this? A classic shape would have looked much better. The smell is too cloyingly sweet, totally girlish. Maybe it would be suitable for Valentine's Day, but right now it's not for me. In high school, maybe I would have worn it, but now - no
The dark grape scent is simply captivating, it's like it's brewed into a thick syrup, yet it's not sweet. Very rich and bright, its sillage is just enormous. On male skin, it unfolds interestingly, without excessive sweetness, with a slight bitterness of coffee beans. But on a woman, it's more reminiscent of ripe berries, so dense and juicy 🍇
Today I decided to explore the entire Justessence line again, and honestly, this one didn't hit for me at all. The frankincense in it still makes me question it, and today it even seemed to have a metallic undertone 😒
I smelled these fruity notes, but, damn, where are the flowers? Just some background mess with fruits in the background. No depth, just noise
The scent is, of course, quite subtle, but it has something too ephemeral. Floating on a cloud is, of course, beautiful, but sometimes you want something more tangible. It is light and almost invisible like a shadow, but not everyone might like it. I'm not sure it suits everyone, although perhaps someone will find their joy in it. All in all, I can't say it impressed me ))))

I completely agree with you! But I think I also smell cultivated lilac here! In mid-June, it has almost faded, giving way to jasmine! 🌸
Very chemical-smelling
