To the fragrance: Mugler Innocent Illusion

I smell a sweet scent, like candy, but there's something else in it. Berries and light citrus notes come through, but the musk seems to have muted it all a bit. In the end, I can't say I liked it. It just missed the mark, without any particular impression!!

To the fragrance: Jean Patou 1000

I can't agree with the opinion below. 1000 is much less open than Joy. Sometimes it even seems like they should be referred to in the masculine gender. It's interesting why we refer to some fragrances in the feminine and others in the masculine. Civet, which everyone talks about, only revealed itself on me after 8 hours. On the blotter (review of vintage perfumes in "jade"), the base resembles honeyed chypre, such as Soir de Lune and Knowing (the latter also created by Jean Carles, as Aromo reports) 1000 is about rose, which we make our way through suffocating thickets of osmanthus (it's probably osmanthus, as it's credited with a fruity sound). In the cold, it will undoubtedly unfold as a full-fledged chypre, and in the warmth, it will become a sweet, fruity, even cloying nectar. Incredible. Joy, on the other hand, is wildflowers, dry herbs, and honey. I want to try modern versions of 1000 🌸

In my opinion, this concentration raises many questions. At first, it seems too sharp, with bright citrus and herbal notes that can be off-putting. But then everything softens, and the fragrance follows a familiar path that has long been known. The base is a bit confusing - it lacks moss and amber, it's more prickly than older versions. The top notes resemble cologne released before '77. Overall, the structure of the fragrance seems borrowed from cologne. On clothes, it unfolds beautifully, with a rose that reminds one of garden flowers. No unpleasant associations with Bulgarian products arise. But on fabric, the floral sweetness really reminds me of an old extract. In the end, for me, this fragrance is a golden mean between an extract and a cologne, with a vintage character

This is simply an amazing creation! There's something special about it that reminds me of Mitsouko. It seems there's peach present here. This ripe fruity note fills me with joy and brings back memories of another favorite fragrance of mine - 1000 by Patou

A floral scent that feels quite bright, but the pollen in it is such that it even becomes a bit heavy. Allergy sufferers definitely shouldn't try it, and the base, to be honest, isn't the simplest 🤔

Too sweet, not for me. Seems like it's for evening, but why are the nights white, I don't understand??? 😒

To the fragrance: Parfums Genty Evoke

The scent is truly unique, not just because of the way it sounds. I was surprised that a brand like this would release something like this. It's complex; if you listen closely, you can pick up rose notes and a woody-oud accord, but the rest remains a mystery. Sometimes it feels like I'm smelling apples, but not fresh ones-more like pickled ones. It has a slightly cheesy and moldy quality that adds to its oddness. It sounds quite unusual, yet it draws you in
