If I compare them, Orlov’s Witch’s Water is still closer to my heart. It smells denser, more natural and more interesting. This one feels lighter, as if a bit of chemical sharpness had been added to a citrus base 🤔 But for those who don’t know De Young Red Orlov Paris, this version may well appeal to them
This fragrance is a classic oriental rose, but with a slight touch of simplicity. It smells like Montale's Rose Musk, but with the addition of unsweetened marzipan, which makes it more appealing. I can't say it's outstanding, but there's something intriguing about it that makes you ponder 🌹
This is definitely a fragrance that captivated me. At first, it seems too sweet and sharp, but then it unfolds completely differently. A refined sweetness with an oriental touch, soft and delicate 🌸 The fragrance pyramid is impressive, yet it doesn't overwhelm; on the contrary, it fills you with energy. Tonka beans, vanilla, almond, balm, and fruits - it sounds very expensive, and no single note stands out; they all seem to blend into one whole. I don't detect rose here, and that's probably for the best because I don't like it very much. This fragrance is definitely about the East. An oriental beauty, but with something poisonous in her. She's like Scheherazade - alluring and mysterious. That's how I see this fragrance 🌟
I stood in line for two hours for this perfume during the USSR era, and in the end, I couldn't buy it. So disappointing. The scent is complex, with oriental notes, fantastical. The sillage is simply amazing. Mmmm, how wonderful this is! 🌸
This perfume has been a real discovery for me! It's perfect for everyday wear. I barely feel it on my skin, which means it blends perfectly with my style. All my favorite fragrances, it turns out, include citrus notes and sandalwood, while other components can vary. I can't stand rose in perfumery. 🌟
The jasmine here sounds simply amazing, with a light rosy accent and the sweetness of peaches. It's not as cloying as many classic fragrances, which makes it more appealing to me. And, of course, it's clearly aimed at a younger audience, which is also a welcome bonus
This scent reminds me of blooming raspberries and the first days of summer. I'd love to try it again, but unfortunately, it's no longer produced. Generally, AVON perfumes have never really appealed to me; they all seem too monotonous. But this particular scent really stands out
