I’m finishing my big review of the SIU brand with this fragrance.
At first I smell a rich lipstick, exactly like the one that used to be in my mother’s makeup bag. There’s a dusty dryness, like in an old room with heavy curtains, and then a little bitter dark chocolate without milk appears. Lavender stays close from the very beginning.
Sisu unfolds immediately, without the usual buildup. There’s no citrus freshness or soft vanilla drydown. Gradually, the scent becomes darker: wax, herbs, dry dust and something mysterious. It feels as if you’ve found yourself at a nighttime ritual in an unfamiliar place.

This fragrance isn’t about sweetness or cleanliness. It’s about mood, ritual and a strange magnetism. You apply it and feel as if you’re opening a door to a completely different world.
Sisu is the most unusual and art-house fragrance in the SIU line. It doesn’t try to please everyone, it simply follows its own rules and draws you into its atmosphere.

I find it very fascinating. It’s best applied to the skin and given time to unfold. But be warned, it has a serious character 🎭🔮
Unfortunately, the scent of Avon Maxima eau de parfum didn't meet my expectations. The smell, which should have been delightful, turned out to be too intrusive, with notes of cocoa, vanilla, and jasmine that don't blend but rather clash with each other. I love floral scents, but here they seem lost in the overall mix. The longevity is there, of course, but sometimes it feels more like a punishment when the scent doesn't leave your clothes. The bottle looks decent, but that doesn't save the situation. The price, though acceptable, doesn't make this fragrance more appealing. I can't recommend it 😔
The brand seems quite new. In Bacara, I sense amber in its full glory. At first, it seems a bit prickly and spicy, even dry, if that's even possible for amber. But then, on the skin, it starts to warm up and becomes softer. I can't quite figure out this scent yet, but the brand has definitely caught my attention! :)
This pear dessert with vanilla orchid surprised me. The fragrance is, of course, sweet and even a bit cloying, but on the skin, it develops quite pleasantly. From the bottle, it smells bright, but once applied, it becomes quieter. Honestly, I can't figure out if I like it or not
I don't understand how anyone can love such fragrances. At first, they seem completely muddled and heavy, and then maybe something unfolds, but that's not certain. This scent is pure leathery grime with some citruses and herbs, and the spices just overwhelm your mind. Definitely not for me
This fragrance turned out to be a rather interesting fresh option, although it's far from a masterpiece. It's not light, but rather sharp, yet it's perceived quite normally, without any negative feelings. The main accents here are marine notes, which stand out the most. Then you can catch alcoholic nuances and spices, such as dried ginger. Overall, it's very masculine, with no hint of anything childish
What an amazing fragrance this is! A true fruity cocktail for girls. Peaches clearly dominate here, raspberry adds playfulness, and citrus notes blend beautifully with a woody base. The scent is very light and pleasant, simply perfect for summer! 🌸
