The fragrance is interesting, with notes of spices, powder, and iris. Although it's positioned as a men's fragrance, I'd say some women could definitely wear it. Overall, it's a pretty appealing scent, but it won't suit everyone
The bottle for this fragrance is simply magnificent, so rounded and with a little cover - it looks stylish. But unfortunately, there aren't enough photos of it! The fragrance is clearly chypre, with a classic spirit. There's a lot of moss and a bit of damp pine needles. It opens with cold spices, with no hint of citrus or floral notes
This perfume is a real find! The sweet rose here perfectly combines with refreshing peony notes, and the addition of blackcurrant gives it an interesting accent. Musk adds depth, but I didn't notice any woody notes. Overall, the fragrance is very light and incredibly delicate. Simply delightful
What a beauty this is! Spicy herbs are here, but not fresh ones, rather extracts. Dense and with character. It reminds me of being forced to sit over a pot of boiling water with various oils dripped in as a child. Back then it was awful, but now I absolutely adore it. This creation of Arabian perfumery is like an inhaler, and you just can't get enough of it 😤
A couple of years ago, I gave this perfume to my mom, but I've used it myself more than once. The scent, overall, isn't bad. The opening is fresh, with lemon, ginger, and mint - like a light breeze in winter. The citrus notes last quite long, but the longevity could be better
Dahlia Noir in the EdP version is, without a doubt, one of the most impressive fragrances from Givenchy! The longevity is simply amazing!! Just a couple of sprays, and it will delight you for a full 10 hours. The fragrance is truly multifaceted, modern, and very feminine. I distinctly feel mimosa, iris, and rose in it, as well as vanilla with sandalwood in the base. The pepper and mandarin aren't as noticeable, but they probably give the fragrance its uniqueness and harmony! I'm in love with it! I've already bought it twice and will most likely do so again. When the wind blows outside, be it a cool summer evening or a windy April, Dahlia Noir unfolds simply magnificently. This perfume is ideal for walks and outdoor dates; it smells incredibly beautiful and exquisite. Every light breeze, movement of the hand, or turn of the head reminds you of its delicate sillage. I recommend it to all women looking for a truly feminine and long-lasting fragrance. This isn't just a girlish perfume; it's not pink or light. This is a fragrance for true ladies!
I was looking for a replacement for Diorissimo, because I really want a beautiful lily of the valley, but the price for Dior bites. Although lately I've noticed that more attractive offers have started appearing for it. But my interest in new fragrances is still stronger. I wrote down several lily of the valley options that, according to reviews, should be good, and started my little research. I ordered samples, and among them was a fragrance from Lalique. What can I say? Yes, it's lily of the valley, but it lacks the sophistication that Diorissimo has. Too bright, sharp, and unfortunately, it feels synthetic 🌸
