I was worried the fragrance wouldn't suit me, but in the end I liked it very much.
It smells beautiful and memorable. To my taste, it's more interesting than Bois d'argent by Dior, which I understand was its starting point. The composition here is softer, warmer and more appealing. No dustiness, heavy old-wood feeling or unnecessary sweetness. At first I smell fresh conifer needles, sourish ozonic musk, dry wood, warm patchouli and cinnamon. Resins, leather, honey and vanilla appear later. To me the honey smells spicy and slightly sharp, almost with a buckwheat nuance. I don't get sticky gourmand notes, so the fragrance feels expensive.
If iris and powder are present, they're very delicate, which pleases me. The amber is warm and sunny, with a woody nuance. It sits fairly close to the skin, but keeps changing and showing different facets. To me, that's a sign of a well-constructed composition. Himmel is elegant, calm, refined and slightly spicy. I want to smell it up close from time to time, because the nuances unfold gradually.
At the start I feel freshness and gentle warmth at once. Once I went to sleep wearing it, and by morning only the calm base remained: the fresh notes had disappeared, giving way to a warm scent.
It lasts about 4-5 hours on skin and 6 hours or more on clothes, depending on how much is applied
The fragrance leaves a feeling of lightness, but there's something sad about it. I smell a watery pear, it seems to slip away, and the rose, so delicate, adds to the sadness. The femininity of this perfume doesn't evoke delight, rather, it brings a longing. The longevity is pleasing, the sillage is noticeable, but it doesn't bring joy, instead, it reminds of something lost. Overall, it's like a spring day, but with clouds. Crystalline, but cold
The fragrance, of course, reminds me of the first version, but a bright citrusy tartness has been added here, which makes it special. Powder and musk are also present, but it's this tartness that gives it freshness and energy. I think it's precisely because of it that this version has become even more appealing
The scent is very pleasant, sweetish-soft, I didn't notice any harsh notes. It sounds harmonious and feminine, but would also be suitable for a man. Overall, an interesting choice
Cold tea, with a tart taste. Very bright, with a slight saltiness. Absolutely stunning! I constantly think about buying it, it's like the sea to me. I can't figure out what's stopping me, but the purchase just never happens
I really liked this fragrance. It reminds me of Drago by Tiziana Terenzi, but the musk here is much more pleasant. Bright notes of peaches and magnolia create an interesting combination, and the musk, although present, doesn't cause repulsion. Overall, it's a quite harmonious perfume
The smell is somehow cloyingly sweet, creamy, with that annoying powdery and coconut note. Nothing special, just a sweetness that I'm already tired of
