Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Fire Island is shaped as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Bond No. 9 is recognizable in details that define the fragrance identity. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum keeps a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

At olfactory-group level the profile is anchored in Spicy, Floral, Wood and Whiteflower. The framework further includes Musk and Gourmet. Within olfactory families the scent maps to East.

When the structure is mixed the opening appears as one connected movement with a peppery-spicy mood: Cardamom, Neroli, Patchouli, Tuberose and musk.

A scent with neroli, fresh jasmine, cardamom, and tuberose, plus salty sea air and white musk - that's definitely a beach option. But, honestly, it reminds me more of some expensive sunscreen, which, by the way, isn't even that good. Cardamom, yes, adds a bit of spice, but overall it still doesn't save it. All in all, it's not impressive, rather irritating

The perfume starts with the warmth of neroli and sweetish white musk, which is a pleasant surprise. But then this splendor fades into the sillage, where tuberose, patchouli, leather, and tart musk create a feeling of NOSTALGIA. It feels like something important is slipping away, and that feeling lingers
