Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Sag Harbor is shaped as a layered story, where accents shift with precision and warmth. The creative approach of Bond No. 9 is evident from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum supports a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

The accord architecture is driven by these accords: Citrus, Floral, Fruit and Wood without random overlap. Additional accords such as Amber and Spicy add depth to the backdrop. The stylistic positioning is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

As soon as the fragrance opens you detect radiant lemon-bergamot opening notes: Bergamot, Ivy and Laurel.

At the core of development you sense Grape, Magnolia, Peony and honeysuckle carrying a opulent floral direction.

The scent of this perfume composition surprises with its complexity. In the top notes, bergamot, bay leaf, and even ivy are felt, creating an interesting first impression. Middle notes, such as peony and grape, add a certain freshness, but honeysuckle and magnolia don't quite fit in. And the sillage... amber and sandalwood, of course, sound pleasant, but agarwood leaves a strange aftertaste. In general, I can't say it's my favorite, but I wouldn't call it repulsive either. It's intriguing, but not completely

This scent is warm, with herbal and spicy notes, and there's something intriguing about bay leaf and grape in it. In summer, when it's cool, it unfolds especially well. Sweetish, but can be a bit drying 🌿
