Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Malamata is built as a cohesive olfactory arc, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of Roos & Roos / Dear Rose comes through in details that define the fragrance identity. No excess details, only what works, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum emphasizes the depth and body this composition needs.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Aromatic, Green, Animals and Sweet. It also reaches into Whiteflower, Wood, Balsamic and Floral.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the opening appears as one connected movement with a refreshing grassy mood: Clary Sage, Galbanum, Grey Ambergris, Hay, Lily of the Valley, Patchouli and Peppermint.

The middle and base stages are felt as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

The accord profile is built around these accords: Balsamic, Aromatic, Floral and Musc with each one in a clear role. Background accords such as Wood and Amber enrich the profile without taking over.

Taken together Malamata holds a coherent structure — the opening sets direction, the middle layer carries the identity, and the base secures the trail.
