Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Delirium unfolds as a continuous scent journey, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The style of Gritti comes through in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum keeps the depth and body this composition needs.

Right at the start you detect spicy sparkling first notes: Black Pepper, Ginger and Pink pepper. These 3 notes set warm spicy pulse that is impossible to miss.

In the central layer you sense Elemi, Saffron and Vetiver holding a resinous meditative direction.

The olfactory framework is shaped by these accords: Balsamic, Wood and Spicy forming a compact and readable structure. The gender direction is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read. In wear duration Middle points to a sustained drydown presence.

From the group perspective the profile is anchored in Balsamic, Spicy, Wood and Gourmet. Within olfactory families the composition sits in East and Spicy.

Taken together Delirium reads as a cohesive composition — the start forms character, the heart develops the core line, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the fragrances best judged through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

2
Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The fragrance is truly powerful, woody. The name "madness" is no coincidence - it has a strange, unsettling atmosphere, as if you're wandering through the narrow canals of Venice or abandoned palazzos. Raw wood and exotic spices create an interesting mix, and a light smoky incense adds mystery. But absinthe - it's the main player here, bitter and tart, sounding very effective in the sillage. I can't figure out if I like it or not 🤔

An oriental fragrance, definitely a classic. Incense plays the main role here, blending with woody notes and resins. It turns out quite rich and even a bit heavy. It's better to use it in small amounts so as not to overpower

The incense here is truly dramatic, yet it lacks the mustiness often associated with the stuffiness of church services. In the fragrance, you can catch notes of wormwood and angelica, as well as spruce resin. Black pepper, ground in a mill, adds an interesting accent. And what's surprising - there's the sweetness of lump sugar with ginseng, as if dissolved in a herbal infusion. This combination creates a feeling of warmth and comfort
