Introducing Guerlain Mon Guerlain Florale — an elegant floral interpretation of the famous collection, released in 2018.
This fragrance embodies the sophistication of the legendary house Guerlain, which since 1828 has set the standards for French perfumery, and is part of the Mon Guerlain collection, enhancing its floral DNA.
As a purely feminine fragrance, Mon Guerlain Florale is classified in the Floral family and is offered in the concentration of perfume water, ensuring longevity and richness.
Its medium trail is ideal for daily wear — it gently envelops, leaving a subtle trace.
For optimal effect, it is recommended to apply 2 to 3 sprays on the skin, which highlights the warm base and floral heart, and its seasonal versatility makes it an excellent choice for spring and summer days.
The mastery was embodied by perfumer Thierry Wasser, whose talent blended modern chords with the classic elegance of Guerlain.
This release enriches the Mon Guerlain collection, emphasizing its adaptability and attracting fans seeking delicate yet memorable fragrances.
If you liked Mon Guerlain Florale, it's worth noting Guerlain Mon Guerlain — the original version with a vanilla accent, Givenchy L’Ange Noir Eau De Toilette for lovers of dark floral notes, and Guerlain Mon Guerlain Eau de Parfum Intense with a more intense character.

The fragrance has medium longevity and lasts on the skin for about 5-6 hours, gradually revealing its notes and leaving a pleasant impression
It can be felt in close proximity, but does not attract the attention of those around you
The perfume has a fresh scent that is not too intense, so it does not overwhelm those around you with strong essences
A rich and elegant fragrance that gently unfolds on the skin and lasts most of the day, leaving a delicate trail
Fragrances for spring and summer unfold with light citrus notes, floral and fruity accords, filling the composition with freshness, airiness, and a feeling of carefree lightness on warm days
The pyramid of Guerlain Mon Guerlain Florale begins with refreshing top notes: bergamot from the Citrus group and lavender from the Green group, creating a light, invigorating start.
At the heart, exquisite floral chords unfold: jasmine from the White Flowers group, complemented by neroli and peony from the extensive Floral group, which adds tenderness and depth to the composition.
The base warms with a combination of iris, sandalwood from the Woody group, and vanilla from the Gourmand group, providing longevity and a soft finish.
This balance from freshness to warm notes makes the fragrance multi-layered and refined, perfectly reflecting the craftsmanship of the composition.

In the heart of the composition, where the peony is supposed to shine, I don't detect its true scent. Rather, it's a mix of rose and jasmine, with a slight aquatic hint. The floral bouquet looks bright, but not overly original. Orange blossom and ylang-ylang, it seems, simply play their part without adding anything special.
When the flowers, enveloped in a vanilla haze, begin to emerge, the woody-powdery part appears. Nothing new, just ordinary iris and sandalwood, which are found in most fragrances. They don't attract attention, but create a light tobacco effect that contrasts with the floral accord.
And then there's the amber note based on Ambroxan. It seems to simplify the fragrance, giving it a soapy nuance that spoils the overall impression. Although, of course, the perception of perfumery is very individual.
Compared to Mon Guerlain Eau de Toilette, Florale seems less citrusy and more commercial. It's lighter, but also less elegant. If you liked the original or the Eau de Toilette, it might be worth trying this version, even if it doesn't leave a deep impression
