Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Princesses de Malabar unfolds as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of Lubin is clear in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum sets the depth and body this composition needs.

In the first seconds you detect radiant lemon-bergamot top notes: Bergamot and Cotton Flower. Exactly these 2 notes shape a burst of citrus freshness that anchors the first impression immediately.

When the opening settles you notice Jasmine Sambac, Magnolia, Peach and ylang-ylang carrying a silky white floral direction.

The accord architecture is driven by these accords: Citrus, Gourmet, Floral and Fruit forming a compact and readable structure. Additional accords such as Musc, Wood, Powdery and Amber expand the olfactory volume in the background.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Citrus, Floral, Whiteflower and Fruit. It also reaches into Ambery, Musk, Wood and Spicy.

Taken together Princesses de Malabar holds a coherent structure — the start forms character, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. This is the type of composition best judged in wear.
