Description of the composition

The composition of Aoud Gourmet is built as a living composition, where notes flow without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of M. Micallef comes through in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum emphasizes the right density and pace of development.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Sweet, Wood, Spicy and Balsamic. The framework further includes Musk and Gourmet.

At the opening of the pyramid you meet sweet sparkling opening notes: Honey and Marzipan.

In the middle phase you detect Cedar, Clove, Nutmeg, Oud, Patchouli and Virginian Cedar carrying a spicy-woody direction.

The internal accord map is built around these accords: Gourmet, Musc, Wood and Spicy with each one in a clear role. Secondary accord layers such as Mineral enrich the profile without taking over. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read. For persistence High points to a sustained drydown presence.

Oh, how good it is, I can't find a full bottle. The almond scent is simply delightful, although it's not quite a nut, but rather marzipan. But that's exactly what makes it even more appealing: sweetness, a little bitterness, and light spicy undertones 😔
