The world first encountered Angel Sunessence by Mugler in 2009. A feminine fragrance rooted in the gourmet family. Created by the skilled hands of Aurelien Guichard, Louise Turner, and Thierry Mugler. Part of the Angel collection, available as eau de toilette.
It has a delicate sillage, staying close and personal. A subtle fragrance: the longevity is low, which suits its gentle character. Produced in France, and you can feel it in every note. Angel Sunessence Mugler unfolds gradually, effortlessly, and with great refinement — a perfect choice for day or evening.
The fragrance has low persistence and lasts on the skin for about 2–3 hours, gradually fading and smoothly revealing its main notes
A subtle trail—just a hint of fragrance
The perfume has a rich aroma that will help you stand out from the crowd and create a memorable image
A light and elegant fragrance with harmonious richness—the perfect balance between the depth of eau de parfum and the freshness of cologne
Perfumes for the fall and winter seasons often contain notes of vanilla, spices, ambergris, wood, and other warm accords, creating a feeling of comfort and warmth during the cold months
The note pyramid of Angel Sunessence evolves as a living composition, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of Mugler comes through from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction.
The internal accord map is shaped by these accords: Citrus, Gourmet, Floral and Fruit without random overlap. Secondary accord layers such as Wood and Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background. The profile is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read. In wear duration Low suggests confident staying power.
When the pyramid is blended into one block the opening appears as one connected movement with a tempting sweet mood: Bergamot, Caramel, Coumarin, Dark Chocolate, Hibiscus, Honey and Patchouli.
The deeper layers are felt as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.
At the note-group layer the structure relies on Citrus, Sweet, Floral and Wood. The palette also extends to Spicy, Gourmet, Fruit and Drinks.
Taken together Angel Sunessence holds a coherent structure — the first stage creates momentum, the middle layer carries the identity, and the base secures the trail.
