Description of the composition

The scent of L'Entier is shaped as a living composition, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Robert Piguet comes through in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum sets the depth and body this composition needs.

From the first breath you catch salty-airy top notes: Aquatic accord and Bergamot. These 2 notes shape a sense of sea breeze that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

When the opening settles you meet Clary Sage, Iris and Palmarosa holding a lavender-sage direction.

The accord architecture is built around these accords: Aromatic, Aquatic, Citrus and Gourmet without random overlap. Additional accords such as Floral, Wood, Powdery and Amber add depth to the backdrop.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Mineral, Citrus, Aromatic and Floral. The framework further includes Sweet, Animals, Wood and Spicy. From a family perspective the scent maps to East and Fern.

Taken together L'Entier holds a coherent structure — the opening sets direction, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the fragrances best judged in wear.
