Description of the composition

The composition of Nishiki is built as a continuous scent journey, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of Shiseido is clear in details that define the fragrance identity. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum emphasizes the right density and pace of development.

Right at the start you catch sweet-fresh fruity top notes: Aldehydes, Bergamot, Neroli and Peach. Exactly these 4 notes build sweet sensation of summer nectar that is impossible to miss.

In the middle phase you notice Iris, Jasmine, Lilac, Lily, Lily of the Valley and Rose holding a opulent floral direction.

The internal accord map rests on these accords: Balsamic, Citrus, Gourmet and Floral forming a compact and readable structure. Additional accords such as Fruit, Musc, Wood and Powdery add depth to the backdrop.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Fairy, Citrus, Floral and Fruit. It also reaches into Whiteflower, Ambery, Balsamic and Wood.

In summary Nishiki holds a coherent structure — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, and the base secures the trail. These are the scent structures best experienced in wear.
